David Simpson entered the Workers' Compensation field in 1977 and joined Chain-Younger in 1984. He received his BA degrees in business administration and psychology from La Verne College in 1974. He has also completed graduate courses in health administration at California State University, Bakersfield. Mr. Simpson served in the U.S. Army from 1964 through 1967 and was honorably discharged with the rank of sergeant. His hobbies are gardening, upland bird hunting and fly fishing.
